Register your child

The Kiwanis Club of Chatham-Kent consists of a group of community volunteers whose primary focus is on children.

While perhaps best known in the community for operating the annual Chatham Kiwanis Music Festival for almost 80 years and for the Kiwanis Theatre, we also provide support for youth education and leadership development and a Kiwanis Aktion Club partnership with Community Living.  As well we support a number of local charitable organizations and activities.

For the last several years our strategic statement, “Children are our focus.  Literacy is our goal”, has guided our activities as we’ve developed partnerships with the Chatham-Kent Public Library and several of our local elementary schools.

We’re delighted to partner with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library as we extend our literacy support by encouraging a love of reading in pre-school children.

From the Canada Post website: “The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW has started a national strike. Canada Post’s operations will be shut down for the duration of a national strike. Customers will experience delays. ” This may have effect on the delivery of the books as well as the delivery of any registration forms. If you want to register your child, you may also email the completed form to our address info@dpil.chathamkiwanis.com. A clear photo of the form can work too.
