What a great start to a new year! Thanks to the amazing Kiwanis members, friends and generous donors we surpassed the goal for matching donations to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. The Kiwanis Club of Chatham-Kent campaign in memory of member Cathy Telfer’s sister Sandy Parker has now ended with an impressive $11,090. This donation will be dedicated to gifting more than 2800 books to young children enrolled in the program in Chatham-Kent. We look forward to the opportunity to provide books free to families until children reach the age of 5. Thank you all so very much for supporting this very worthwhile project.
