George Service receives Mel Osborne Fellowship award
Kiwanis EC&C Division 3 Lt Governor Donna Kelso presents the Kiwanis Foundation of Canada Mel Osborne Fellowship award to Division 3 Past Lt Governor George Service in recognition of his dedication to Kiwanis and for his leadership as Lt Governor in 2018-19. PLG George Service is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Chatham-Kent. Also pictured with LG Donna Kelso are the past Lt Governors from the Kiwanis Club of Chatham-Kent who have also been recognized with the Mel Osborne award for their Kiwanis leadership; Jim Robinson 2003-05, George Service 2018-19, Ian Rutherford 1996-97 and Cathy Telfer 2014-16.
