George Service receives Mel Osborne Fellowship award

Kiwanis EC&C Division 3 Lt Governor Donna Kelso presents the Kiwanis Foundation of Canada Mel Osborne Fellowship award to Division 3 Past Lt Governor George Service in recognition of his dedication to Kiwanis and for his leadership as Lt Governor in 2018-19. PLG George Service is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Chatham-Kent.
